Teamwork makes the dream work.  Together Everyone Achieves More.  There is no “I” in TEAM.  You’ve heard all the phrases about team.  At CCWest, we have a team that you’ll love serving on.

Prayer Team Before anything happens at CCW, the prayer team is already there.  Praying for the staff and members throughout the week and on Sundays CCW has a prayer base that is the ground floor for all that we do.  Also, the prayer team helps those that respond to our messages or salvation on Sundays helping them map out their next steps in their spiritual journey.

First Impression Team (FIT Groups)

Greeters (parking and entrances). Greeters are known for their smiles, ability to remember names, and super at making introductions.

Treaters (guest services and information).  Treaters are known for their mastery of hospitality and making people feel special.

Seaters (ushers and safety).  Seaters just know what to do and how to respond, before “it” happens, and when “it’s” done right, they probably had a hand in making “it” be a big success.  (It = assisting people and special events and circumstances on the campus)

Repeaters (guest follow-up).  Repeaters explained:  Can you throw a boomerang and make it come back?  Me neither.  But our repeaters make 1st time guests come back time, after time, after time...

Audio Team. Have an ear for sound?  Don’t we all?!  Not exactly.  But if you know how to make sound sound good then you’ve found your team.

Video Team. If your VCR is flashing 12:00, this isn’t the team for you.  But if you have a VCR, there may still be hope for you yet.

Set-up Team.  Are you an early riser?  Like free food?  Come early and we’ll feed you and have plenty of things that you, yes you can help set up every Sunday morning.

Pack-up Team. Leaving the banquet hall at Clear Fork Station like we were never in there: this is your mission.
